We just ask that you keep the yard clear of personal items and clean up after your pets before the gardener arrives.
Application & Screening Criteria: To ensure a great fit for everyone, applicants are kindly asked to meet the following criteria before touring: Income: A combined household gross income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. Income will be verified via recent pay stubs or bank statements.
