In Temecula we have a 5 bedroom furnished rental in beautiful Morgan Hill with pool and spa and fitness center, and a 4 bedroom furnished rental pool home in Temecula Wine Country.

Rented on a Month to Month Temporary basis. Security deposit may be waived in certain circumstances. Professionally decorated with high end lighting , decor & comfy beds! Gated Complex offers a pool, spa, gym, sauna, racquet ball court, andAll renters must abide by the HOA Rules and Regulations and submit a rental application, credit report , picture ID as well as consent to a back ground check and provide proof of income. Fico score of 650 or better, proof of employment or guarantee of rent $3,000.00 security deposit. Pet Policy: One small pet on approval
TO APPLY:
Applications given at the property.
Each person planning to live at the property that is over the age of 18 MUST submit an application for approval.
$65 Application fee is refundable if application is denied.
Units are rented to the best qualified applicant when assessed using the requirements to rent. Conditional approval may be possible for people that do not meet all requirements. Applicants that do not meet all requirements will be subordinate to fully qualified applicants.
REQUIREMENTS TO RENT:
1. Minimum household gross income of 2.5x the monthly rent or guaranteed co signer, Insurance company , BAH ect.
2. A good credit score and clean history (650 minimum).
3. Proof of income to be able to rent. Pay stubs, self employed bank statements, Income can also include assistance such as food stamps, child support - call for clarification if necessary.
4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.
6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer renter's insurance.
