"No sidewalks so in winter can be icy or snowy streets , which you must share with cars so can be difficult in winter."

"Trails on state land trust to walk dogs and hike border our yards and know my neighbors.We also have pools , pickle ball within the country club . This neighborhood is quiet but close to Flagstaff s downtown."
