Desk + acrylic chair, sitting chair, bedside tables, lamps
Mini fridge, mirrored closet, ceiling fan
Digital lock for added privacy
Shared Amenities:
Clean bathroom shared with 2 female tenants. Owner cleans weekly, and supplies toilet paper. Nice window allows sun to light the space.
Full kitchen access, all amenities, pots, dishes, cabinet space. Fridge with freezer in your room as well.
Downstairs washer and dryer
Common Areas:
Cozy front den with sofa and fireplace
Shared office with printer
Landscaped backyard with outdoor dining, BBQ, and smoker
Automated Gated private community, tenant parking with remote opener
Requirements:
Income + employment verification (W-2, pay stubs, tax docs)
Background check and references
No smoking, no drugs, no pets
