Im a current senior at fairfax highschool and honestly it is not that great of a school. There are some very passionate teachers but also many that couldnt care less about their students. Counselors never truly want to help students and teachers often pick favorites. The school also has a major drug problem with multiple overdoses yet nobody seems to care. Never once walked into a bathroom without students smoking. Learning is very interesting though with a wide variety of courses and acadamy classes. Overall the staff is a huge problem at the school but education wise it's a great school.

I’ve been really disappointed with this school. Many of the teachers don't seem to genuinely care about the students, and they don’t communicate well with parents. Concerns are often ignored or brushed aside, which leaves families feeling unsupported. Schools should keep parents informed and care about each child’s growth, but that hasn’t been my experience here.

Worst school in Fairfax county, do not let your kids come here if you don't want them to be around a kid who threatened to shoot up the same school and get praised by the county for it just because they had "good behavior"
