Townhouse has been newly painted, both bathrooms have new toilets and a new stove has been installed. Both bedrooms sliding glass doors open out to a balcony to the rear of the property. Very quiet neighborhood.

Quite location on the East side of Lancaster. We provide the water, trash, and landscaping services. We do a credit check with is $40.00 cash/cashier check. There will be a 1 year lease agreement required. Tenant responsible for keeping up the cleanliness of the unit. We do Bi-annual walk thru inspections.

Strays attacked one of my mothers small male dogs and he had to visit the hospital. The female was a stray and my parents took her in after posting found posters around the neighborhood. "
