"I grew up here and I’ve always lived in Marion county. We used to have block parties many years ago but now it’s all about the Mexican fiesta"
  • Carolyn K.
"We have lived in this area for 16 years and love the area. We are all seniors and the bond with neighbors is something you always hope for."
  • Atimetolearn
"I commute everyday all over the metro area. This is a sleep and shower place. The standard person living in this community is not good for relating with. "
  • Jessalvacado

  • Umpquasprings
"Some of the dogs are aggressive, a lot of dogs bark at night. There are cats everywhere. But there’s good walking space and a beautiful path down the road with trees and a stream."
  • Judith c.

  • Brandon R.
"they would not like all of the off leash dogs running around. they may like the nearby dog park, as it is pretty large."
  • Guirola1121
"I've oive in this neighborhood for about 3 year. People are friendly. Everything is close by shopping mall markets restaurant. "
  • Tim V.
"Close to about everything, yet not congested."
  • Brad S.
"A lot of people think that Woodbury doesn't offer much but I tend to disagree. Crime is extremely low, there is a fantastic OGA golf course, the outlet mall is close for shopping, traffic is a breeze, and you can get a lot of house for the money. Easy drive to where ever you want to go. We live in Tukwilla in Woodburn and you can't beat it! Really nice community. "
  • Carol R.
"So many people have told us that living in Woodburn is an inexpensive place to live. Convenient to all shops, schools, medical."
  • Pc
"Tukwila is a wonderful place for people who want contemporary living without the hassles of a big city. 5 closely knit communities each with their own character. Amenities include a fully furnished club house and private scenic walking trails with HOA maintained ponds."
