Lease Agreement

This Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [Date] by and between Robert Rodriguez, hereinafter referred to as "Landlord", and [Tenant Name], hereinafter referred to as "Tenant".

Premises. The Landlord agrees to lease to the Tenant the residential property located at 4355 Old Hamner Rd, Norco, CA 92860, hereinafter referred to as "Premises".

Term. The term of this Agreement shall begin on [Start Date] and shall end on [End Date].

Rent. The Tenant shall pay rent in the amount of [$Amount] per month, due on the [Due Date] of each month. Rent payments shall be made to [Landlord's Address].

Security Deposit. The Tenant shall provide a security deposit in the amount of [$Amount] to the Landlord, which shall be refunded at the end of the tenancy, subject to deductions for unpaid rent or damages.

Utilities. The Tenant shall be responsible for paying for all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, and garbage.
