"we have lived here 4 years. when we first moved in, it wasnt terrible. its still not but there has been an increase in crime rate and the amount of vagrants we see wandering around. rarely hear gunshots. there is a lot of noise and crazy drivers, people who think its cool to fly around in residential areas. grahamwood is a decent school but pick up/drop off is a nightmare. ive seen tons of rats outside in my yard and the road and my neighbors say the same thing. its very diverse. the shopping strip looks like a dump and really needs updating. too many people with noisy chickens. mosquitoes are terrible. we have never had our house broken into or anything. neighbors are very nice.
