"No sidewalks....close to schools be careful of homeless and begging trash pick up is only once a week and they will leave trash in the middle of the street "
  • Kjonesmaa
"There are families here but they party like single people and don't care about where their guest park "
  • Ebony20743
"I've lived here for almost six years now, and I feel safe also love the quietness. The location is convenient to major roads, shops, public transportation and schools."
  • Just My Take.
"There are lots of children in the area and a great school right up the hill.. the neighborhoods usually have miscellaneous "characters" but they're usually just rowdy highschool kids you dont need to worry about"
  • Brittany B.
"There is a park with walking trails nearby and I frequently see people walking their dogs. The area is unsafe at night, and has an immense homeless population, which makes the area uncomfortable and dangerous. "
  • Ebonyldew
"It's an area that's gone through a change for better. The property values have increased and the crimes have decreased. New tax revenue has also begin to shape. The streets are mostly quiet, but we still have some work to do."
  • Ebonyldew
"No events, but the crime has decreased as the property value has increased. The neighbors try to look out for one another."
