"A ton of drug issues in this area and the petty crimes that go along with it, as well. You can't trust anyone around the neighborhood because the drive for the next fix is stronger than the sense of doing right by your neighbors. "

" It's cooler in Summer, and warmer than Winter, than those further from the coast. (only 3-4 blocks to upper Galveston Bay). Only five miles to Kemah and the Boardwalk."
