Hardwood floors run throughout and there is a small alcove area perfect for a bed. The apartment has 1 closet. The kitchen does have a decent amount of countertop space for food prep. Off the kitchen is the tiled bathroom. Heat and hot water included, pets on a case by case basis. No laundry in the building.

Directly up the block is fabulous Sunset Park with its newly renovated rec center with swimming pool and other activates. 5th avenue commercial corridor is right up the block and there is a weekly farmers market at Sunset Park. 45th Street R train 2 blocks away, 36th Street R, N, D trains 7 blocks away. So many places to go to everything is so conveniently located it can be loud at times but loud with music and people just being happy yes there is the occasional drunk but they don’t really bother.
