About this House

THIS IS A NO SMOKING ALLOWED PROPERTY. Nice apartment in Elyria township. Includes a stove and refrigerator. Double basin stainless steel kitchen sink. Some cabinets and flooring and many other fixtures and features have been updated in the past 2 years with many being updated now. 2 off-street parking spaces per unit. Coin operated laundry located on the end of the building. Air conditioners are not provided, but the previous tenant left one behind that is free to the new tenant to use. There is a yard in front, and a concrete pad along the front of the apartment. Small yard and sidewalk in the back leads to the laundry and parking lot.

The living room is 12' x 16', master bedroom 14' x 10.5', smaller bedroom 11' x 10.5', kitchen 14' x 12'. These measurements include closets and/or pantry space.

Locally owned and managed. Pictures are NOT of this unit, but one with the same layout. There won't be carpeting in any rooms. All flooring is either vinyl or wood Iaminate. will update with actual pictures when more is completed.

No smoking. Owner pays heat, water, trash removal and grounds keeping. Tenant pays for their electricity. One year lease, then goes to month to month.

Dog breeds allowed should not be considered to be aggressive breeds by my insurance company. I have a list of unacceptable breeds supplied by my insurance company. Ask if you are unsure. Mixed breed dogs should not be mixes with the unacceptable breeds.

2 parking spots are assigned for the unit. If both spots are occupied then additional guests or tenants must park on the street.
