About this House

Parc Place Condominiums

The rental is one bedroom of 2 on the main floor of the unit, unfurnished, is available now and comes with a shared kitchen, gas range and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal.
There is a full bathroom on the main floor and that is shared with the other roommate on the main floor. I have my own bath on the 3rd floor (3rd floor is only my bedroom and bathroom)
The condo has a new, in-unit washer and gas dryer (in the hall between kitchen and bedrooms)
Parking is on the street in front or plenty of parking down Hammond way next to the complex.

Total unit is approx. 1500 sq. ft. and is located very near the Great Mall on the north side (I'm relatively lazy and even I will walk there occasionally ;-) )

Also, within 1/2 mile, there is a bus line and a VTA light rail station on the west side of the Mall parking lot next to Home Depot along with a BART station (1 mile) on the south side of the Great Mall.

A 12 month lease is required for the 1st 12 months then month to month after that.
