Rental Information Please Read Carefully

Lease Terms: 12-month lease required. Short-term leases and subletting are not permitted.

Smoke-Free Policy: This is a non-smoking property and unit. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

Pet Policy: Small pets are welcome with restrictions.
Limit: 2 small pets maximum
Requirements: Vet documentation and a clear photo of each pet
Fees: $400 non-refundable pet deposit per pet and $30 monthly pet rent per pet
Note: Additional charges may apply for any pet-related damages after move-out.

Tours: In-person tours are available only for those ready to move in immediately. Must have ID to tour.

Application Screening: All applicants will undergo a credit check, criminal background check, and eviction history screening. I will send you the link to apply.
