Lime on 4th is a 20 unit, 3 story building several blocks from the beach and located in the downtown/East Village Arts District. The neighborhood has a fun mix of many independent stores selling everything from designer denim and specialty sneaker to used books and mid-century furniture. There are coffee shops which serve food, and restaurants featuring everything from crepes and sushi to chicken n' waffles. The East Village is also the city's arts district, with most of the independent shops, restaurants and galleries exhibiting work by Long Beach and Southern California artists.

Lime on 4th offers a mix of studios and one bedroom units with open floor plans and beautifully renovated interiors featuring wood look vinyl, new cabinetry, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Most units also offer a patio or balcony and all have individual air conditioning.

$53 application fee for all adults.

The downsides for me would definitely be lack of parking in most areas and the unhoused/transient folks sometimes is out of control in some parts. But those things are expected in the downtown area. I am 4 blocks away from the beach, pike outlet, Long Beach convention center, and shoreline village. A lot of tourists in the area. The train is a block away. "

Or travel all the way to San Diego just to do something fun. Kdb is gone and so is Walmart. I’m moving out of California this time next year. Already secured location. "
