Unfortunately, this property does not qualify for Section 8. Approval is based on the results of the application. Submit an application through Zillow. Everyone who will be living in the home that is over the age of 18 will need to complete an application. We will receive a credit check, criminal background check and eviction status check on each individual applicant from the reporting agency. In order to be approved with our standard deposit, (one months rent) you must have a credit score of 580 or above, no evictions within the last 5 years, no open bankruptcies (and must be closed more than 12 mos.) as well as criminal background verification. Credit scores between 540-579 may be approved with a double deposit (2 months of the rent). Review of a conditional application is at the discretion of management and is not guaranteed. *Cosigners are conditional and must have verifiable income of 5 times the monthly rent, a credit score of 580 or above, meet all general criteria as well. Homes are given to the first fully approved applicant (application file is complete as to include all required documentation/verification requested). In the rare instance that you do not receive your first choice due to a prior approved application, your application can be applied to one of our other homes (applications good for 30 days from date of applying).

Renter is responsible for water, gas and electric. No smoking/pets allowed.

Seven oaks park is just minutes away & within walking distance from Whitehall, so that’s a great place to take your dog for a good long walk to and from, and they enjoy the trails, woods and such, within the park, as a bonus!"

    "This is a mature neighborhood. Its very quiet with a good mix of families of all ages - some young couples, families with children, and retirees. The elementary school is a STEM magnet school. There is a wonderful park with walking trails, extensive sports fields, multiple really nice playgrounds for children of various ages, multiple picnic shelters. The park has a recreation center with a huge number of programs including something for everyone - Mommy and Me, Afterschool Safari and Summer Safari for school age children, a multitude of seasonal sports programs, a large exercise room, exercise classes, social programs, excursions, and lunches for seniors. The area is close to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. but its also very quiet and peaceful. "

    "I live in this neighborhood. I have 5 kids and 5 dogs. Real community with friendly neighbors and wonderful schools. The yards are large so we are not on top of one another yet close enough to be great neighbors. Many kids play outside everyday. In the evening you will see many people out walking their dogs. We are less than a mile from to seven oaks park. Here you will see everything from sporting events to cooking classes. They also offer a wonderful summer camp for kids. Within a 5 mile radius you can be in the heart of down town or swimming and boating at the beach. For military families, its a 22 minute commute to Fort Jackson."
