Looking for a clean, respectful roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo. The lease renews on July 31, and the room will be available August 1.
The condo is located right on the grid, just a 2-minute drive from downtown and directly across from a park, with convenient access to local shops, restaurants, and amenities.
The available room is in a shared 2 bed / 1 bath condo. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant. The home includes an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, TV in the common area, and a parking lot with two resident parking spaces plus guest parking.
Rent is $1,000 per month. All utilities are included except electric and Wi-Fi. Electric typically runs $50 per month or less, and Wi-Fi is $35 per month.
The home is pet-friendly for a dog, and there is already friendly indoor/outdoor cat who grew up with dogs.
I'm looking for a clean, responsible tenant who respects shared spaces and values a quiet home environment during evening and bedtime hours. Someone who is considerate, communicative, and easy to live with would be a great fit.

One-year lease. No smoking inside the property; smoking is permitted outside. Tenants participate in a rotating schedule to take the recycling bins to the curb each Wednesday.
