The home is maintained well organized and clean. The community is safe and perfect for those who enjoy hikes and well maintained walking trails. 4 parks within walking distance, 2 dog parks and lots of shopping centers and health stores within a short drive. Whole Foods (1mile), 2 Sprouts within less than 3 miles, Trader Joe's, Mother's, Target, Walmart, Brea Mall, and Dtwn Brea all less than 5 miles. Conveniently located near the 57fwy and Imperial Hwy. Brea has a small town feel with big city amenities.

Rent would include private restroom, access to shared laundry (upstairs by room), access to kitchen and living areas.

Utilities are included with the exception of electricity during summer months (electricity will be split 2/3 paid by me- 1/3 paid by renter). No smoking of any kind. Driveway parking available.
I have a playful pup and I could be open to a small dog with an added security deposit. Terms could be negotiated.
