Welcome to our cozy downstairs 1 bedroom apartment. This unit features a refrigerator, gas stove, and a ceiling fan in the dining area for your comfort. The gated complex provides added security and peace of mind. Convenient onsite laundry facilities make chores a breeze. Additionally, the apartment comes with one assigned parking space, providing convenience and peace of mind This apartment is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and convenient living space.

One cat allowed with monthly pet rent of $35. Resident responsible for all utilities. One year lease required. Renters insurance required. No smoking allowed in the home.

Requirements: 1) A completed application is required from each adult (18 years and older) who intends to reside at the property. The application fee is $45 per application. 2) Combined household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. 3) Credit must currently be satisfactory. No evictions or recent bankruptcies. 4) Must provide 2 years of recent, consecutive verifiable rental history or homeownership. Rental history references must be satisfactory. 5) All applications must be submitted with a $250 holding deposit. 6) Incomplete applications will not be processed.

This home is currently being enjoyed by a resident, please respect their privacy and do not disturb. We are not scheduling appointments to show the interior at this time. Our office is closed to walk-in traffic and is open only by appointment.
