    "The current owners have lived in this home for 21 years and truly enjoyed raising their children in Morningside, which is a close-knit community with great neighbors. The location is within easy walking distance of parks, lakes, and commercial hubs such as 50th and France, Linden Hills, and Excelsior and Grand. Mass transit routes are also just a few blocks away and a connection to the City of Minneapolis' bike path system is within a mile. Crocker Avenue has very little traffic because it is only one block long and not a thoroughfare. "

    "I live a few blocks north in Morningside. Not quite Edina. We have lived here since 1972. This featured house has always been well maintained. The area is beautiful and close to everything. Don't know about the friendliness because it isn't Morningside. But, I know you will like it. You have a cute park almost in your back yard. Great place for kids to play."
