"The commute downtown is probably 12 min. The most convenient place I have ever lived. Only takes a few min to get to hospital, doctor, grocery, restaurants, beach and parks. Very quiet peaceful area. Love the wildlife that I see while having my coffee under the trees."

"I’ve lived here for 25 years. St. John’s Landing of 167 homes has a very active homeowners association. We take good care of the community. There are good but not oppressive guidelines and a reasonable owners fee to maintain the community resources. We have a community center, basket ball and tennis courts, the best boat ramp on the river with a dock that offers very good fishing. There is good parking for community events and boat trailers. There are many community events both for adults and children. This is a stable community with relatively few sales and rentals. There is great access to shopping, banking, pharmacies and schools."
