It features a kitchenette equipped with a sink and appliances, including a new air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, a new Keurig (with a starter supply of coffee), and a full-sized fridge.
Dishes, utensils, dish soap, a sponge, and paper towels are included when you first move in.
So are bathroom hand towels, clothes hangers, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and toilet paper.
Brand new remodeled closet, bathroom, back wall, and ceiling insulation.
A laundry room with a new washing machine is available for your use. This is a shared space with us, the onsite property owners.
You have a shared garage with a garage door opener. Private gated side entry and garage entry.
There are two entrances to the unit: the front and back. The front entrance features keypad entry.
Seven Windows. Hardwood laminate floors. Fan overhead in the kitchen. We also have a gas BBQ grill available for your use.
Quiet, clean, and safe family neighborhood.
We live on-site in the main home and work from home, so we will be available to address any questions or concerns.
N 42nd St & Colcord is very close to us, as is Sanger Ave & N 42nd.
The 3, 4, and 8 Lines are all near as well.
Preferred that you use Keycheck for screening.
The guest unit / ADU in the back of the home, accessible on the property either through the left side gate or through the left garage rear door (Left covered stall in the double garage), with 2 doors of entry into the unit. No guests of the Tenants may occupy the Property for longer than three days without the prior written consent of the Landlord and 72-hour notice. The Tenant may keep 2 dogs maximum, which must be friendly with people and owner dogs as owners have 2 dogs onsite. Damage of property by pet forfeits full pet deposit. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana allowed in the unit or on the property. Furnished and items must be returned in their original condition. Rent due on first of month and 10% fee if received after 3 days. Cleaning fee is $100 + $600 deposit + $300 pet deposit = $1,000 in deposits/fees, not including Keycheck screening fee of $45. Rental insurance recommended for personal belongings (super cheap it's not even $100 for a year).
