Description

This apartment features two bedrooms, one bathroom, large living room, recently remodeled kitchen, and economical Heat / AC units in each room. Check out the view of Main Street from the living room and bedrooms!

Rent includes one parking pass in the City garage, water, sewer, and garbage service.

Complete our online application if you meet the following minimum standards: No smoking of ANY products, income approximately 3 times the rent amount, credit score of 600+. Be sure to check the listing for pet restrictions prior to applying.

All occupants over the age of 18 will need to fill out a separate Application form. Please indicate on the application the names of all adults so we know which applicants are applying together.

There is a $40 non-refundable application processing fee for each adult 18-years or older that will reside at the property regardless if Applicant will or will not financially contribute towards rent. If a co-signer is necessary, the co-signer must also complete and sign an application, and will also be subject to the application fee. This fee is neither a deposit nor rent, and will not be applied to future amounts due or refunded, even if the application is declined. NOTE: the application fee is not a guarantee to rent the property.

The application fee does not need to be paid a second time if re-applying for another property within a 45-day period. After 45 days, a new application fee is required and the application screening process will start over.

Note that an approved application for one property may not necessarily be considered an approved application for another property. Time is of the essence; if there are multiple applications on one property, the applications are processed in the order received.

If advertisement specifies that pets are accepted an increased deposit will be required, and monthly pet rent may also be required.

Note: The credit reporting agency we use is Trans Union, P.O. If you were denied acceptance of your application based on your credit report, you may be able to receive a free credit report from the credit reporting company, if you feel the need to dispute the accuracy or completeness of information in the credit report.

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
