Outdoor heaven. Live in the El Dorado forest with all of mother natures creations.

This barn studio loft is located in Swansboro country . water included .A unique opportunity to live in complete serenity. It is located 20 min. from downtown Placerville. Finnon lake and campground are minutes away: fishing, hiking paddle boarding ,biking etc. The barn loft has a fenced back yard for gardening and private outdoor space.

 This studio loft is only suited for a single occupant due the the septic system.

Owners live on property with adult daughter and her 18 year old grandson, 2 golden retrivers and a cat. We do have a large garden with bees.

We will reveiw applications and set a date and time for a open house. Please fill out applications and we will reach out. Thank you for your interest.

Owner includes water only, Pg & E are a flat 100.00 each month in addition to the rent. Renter is responsible for their own disposal of all trash/garbage. NO smoking of any kind. NO out door pit fires of any kind. NO burning of any kind. No parties. No loud music. NO fireworks. No guests more than three days in one given month, no animals. One Vehicle parking included with loft. NO parking of any other vehicles/ boats/ equipment. No storage. Large Garden belongs to property owners on the property. You may garden in your fenced back yard.
This is a studio and do to the septic it only is fit for one person, sorry no exceptions.

    "Eskaton has great dog paths, it's a retirement community in Placerville and very quiet and friendly. For the most part people pick up their dog doo but occasionally you get a few bad apples. But that's anywhere I think. Overall, the community has a lot of different diverse walking paths with poop poles strategically placed. "
