We have a $25.00 non-refundable application fee/credit check/background check that is due from each adult(over 18) applying to live at the residence. We review credit, criminal, rental, and employment histories. Digital Income verification is required, as is prior rental payment history.
month to month Lease. All adults must apply separately and if accepted the application fee will be deducted from the security deposit. I run one set of applications at a time as i don't feel its ethical to take a potential residents money unless they have a chance of leasing the apartment if they meet the criteria. This is where accurately filling out the pre-screening questionnaire is important. it saves you time and money. Misinformation on the prescreening results in termination of the application.
pets allowed $35/month pet rent. with $300 refundable pet deposit
All applicants agree to a background check of past rental history, Rent payments, employment, criminal, income and credit check.

"In this neighborhood there are three great parks nearby within biking distance that are great for kids. The neighbors look out for each other and there is a lot of privacy and room for kids to play in the courtyards in the area. "

"Living here for 20 years and it’s so quiet and convenient for everything. I love looking out and seeing the parkway and all the greenery. There are 3 parks nearby and a dog park up the road which we love visiting On the parkway trail everyone is always happy to say hi and we bike to downtown Tosa and beer garden in the summer. In the winter we go sledding at Curry Park and enjoy putting up tons of Christmas decorations. Neighbors are super friendly but keep to themselves and it’s a perfect balance of city living and serenity away from work stresses. "
