My daughter has attended this school since kindergarten. She is now in the 6th grade. Every year here has been amazing. They push the kids to excell and not just achieve the standard. This year has not been as optimal as the others with numerous kids in her class starting to bully others and the school seems remiss to punish. Yet still overall I would 100% recommend this school.

I have a lot negative to say about Drakes Creek, but not much positive. The school *sounds* great on paper, but in actuality its a horribly disfunctional environment for the students. The only positive things I have to say is that some of the staff (albeit a small minority) did enjoy teaching and engaging with the students. As well as, the curriculum is taught in a way that is engaging to the students, usually through multiple different assignments. Now, to move onto the negative. My child experienced horrible emotional support at this school. Not only was my child BULLIED by TEACHERS on multiple occasions, but also was put into uncomfortable situations by the teachers choice. The administrative staff an teachers treat this school as more of a gossip club then a genuine learning environment where they expect kids to thrive. The special education teachers are mostly just burnt out teachers with savior complex's, who treat their jobs like baby-sitting gigs. Me an other parents have been disrespected and talked down to multiple times. If your child is in any way "different"—whether they have special needs, require accommodations, or just don’t fit the school’s narrow expectations—I strongly urge you to consider other options in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This school is not equipped to offer the safe and supportive environment ,that all students deserve.

Worst school in the district no fun no nothing never will i return next yr
