About this House

Recently upgraded 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. This unit was upgraded with new LVP flooring and fresh paint. Located on the second floor. This is an end unit with a comfortable layout. Other improvements include new cupboards in the kitchen, all new light fixtures and blinds. Very close to freeways, shopping, and recreational areas. Nearby local attractions include Mills Park, Carson City Historic District, and all that Downtown Carson has to offer including the Brewery Arts Center.

Amenities include an onsite laundry room, one (1) assigned parking space, and a window AC unit. There is a $70 application fee per person. We run a background and credit check. We also verify employment and prior rental history. There are no pets allowed. Renter's insurance is required. Everyone over 18 must apply. You can get the application off our website. I am available to show M-F 10:00AM-3:30PM. This is a month-to-month rental.

The increase in traffic is horrible and rude drivers ignoring traffic laws are now the rule and not the exception.. stay away from main roads during the hours of 4:30- 6:30 "
