    "we live in the neighborhood... quite and semi rural people are respectful of each other. One of the few neighborhoods that are not blighted with trash left on property. Only negative I can say, have landscaping done to please you and plant lots of trees for wind breaks. It can get windy from 0-25 mph with wind gusts as high as 65 mph.. mostly during approaching weather systems, but if no trees on property, start planting them to support not only landscaping but avert mother nature too. "
