This listing is only for Spring Semester January - May 2026. Fantastic freshly painted and cleaned 3 Bedroom Townhouse in an upscale quiet neighborhood close to campus and town. All bedrooms come with their own walk-in closet and bathroom. All appliances are updated with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Community clubhouse and pool.

Great rental for students needing housing for Spring semester or someone needing a short term solution for January - May.

Rental is available from January 1st (or earlier) until Spring semester concludes May 10th. No smoking, Utilities (water, electric, internet) billed monthly, 3 occupants maximum unless children, no pets unless approved by landlord. I would like to speak to potential renters prior to scheduling a tour. Will consider renting to a student for $1,000 per month.

I am a parent of an Ole Miss student so will be student friendly!
