The front area of the basement is a large living room/den. The back area has a laundry area with washer/dryer, sink, mini-fridge, granite counters and full bathroom with shower. Basement is fully tiled.

The backyard has a patio and small herb garden-great for entertaining. Backyard can be used as for parking, but there is always plenty of street parking available.

House is 0.6 miles to the Stadium Armory Metro with easy access to Capitol Hill, H Street Corridor, 295. Right next to "The Fields at RFK" and playground, Kingman Island, bike paths, trolley, etc.
