2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSon went here, won an award for mathematical excellence when he graduated 1% percent of the kids get this award. Went on to union county community college. Guess what? As soon as the advisor saw what HS he came from he had to take math tests on the spot. Guess what again? He failed and had to take bunch of remedial HS math classes in college. So my son was in the top 1% of his graduating class, but still had to take remedial classes? What are the other 99% like in math? Not even able to go to college so far behind? Good job Rahway HS, don't give homework, scale all grades, pass no matter what and apparently don't teach much either. Graduation rate for union county college is 20%. Rahway High school better start pushing trades or something, the kids coming out of there are not college material at all.Parent Review2mo ago - Rahway Middle School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love Rahway Middle School because the staff cares. I have 4 children in Rahway school system. The middle school has brought problems that my children are having academically, which no one has advised me of before. They ae always offering encouragement and ideas relating to the best way to help my children and I value that.Parent Review14y ago - Roosevelt Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall I am not impressed by this school. I just think teachers passing the kids that struggle along to the next grade without offering help/assistance. There is also bullying which the principal does not do anything about it. The principal does not even return emails. The acting superintendent for Rahway does not address email as well. Wish I can move and find a better school for my child.Parent Review5mo ago - Check out schools near 416 Princeton Ave.
