While I appreciate the efforts being made to improve school culture, there is a noticeable lack of collaboration between leadership, staff, and families. Strong schools are built on partnership, communication, and mutual respect—not a top-down approach where voices feel unheard.When leadership leans more toward control than collaboration, it impacts the overall climate for both students and staff. I hope to see more inclusive decision-making and a greater focus on building trust with the entire school community.

We are new to the neighborhood and our experience really wasn't very good.

My daughter did second grade in 2021 and it was the worst experience. Her classmates bullied her. Her teacher also discriminated against her and at school they didn't even help. I had to change her school when the school year ended.

Having had multiple children in various school settings, we have seen the benefits of this preparation firsthand.Between the resources, opportunities, academics, athletics, and social/religious activities, SJV surpasses other nearby private & public schools. Additionally, the school offers an exceptional lunch program in partnership with a top-rated, local cafe. Leadership truly sets the tone for a school's success, and it is evident that the SJV administration consists of competent, genuine, and experienced leaders who effectively manage the school.
