Administration is incompetent, unprofessional, and heavily disorganized. I had a very disappointing experience during the interview process at this school. From the start, communication was poor. I wasn’t given any directions or guidance on where to go upon arrival. After being buzzed in, no one came to greet me or show me where the interview was being held, so I had to wander around the building and eventually ask for help in the cafeteria.When I finally arrived to the office, the principal and assistant principal were over 10 minutes late to the interview. Despite that, the interview went well and ended on a positive note. I sent a follow-up email a week later and was ignored by the assistant principal and never received a response. Overall, the entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. It gave me serious concerns about how the school is managed. If this is how they treat prospective staff, I can only imagine how chaotic things are behind the scenes.
