However from day one, our children were welcomed and well cared for. Their arts programs are amazing and there are so many opportunities for our children. I don’t know what the problem with the office staff was, but that was not our experience. The office staff had always been pleasant and courteous and the teachers are second to none. I have two children who are in different grade levels that attends in Crayton Middle for their first year and potentially will be their last. Almost every day my children mentions about the fights that had happened between other students, kids doing drugs and vaping in bathrooms, and most of all the bullying and threats towards other students and my children. If both of my kids are being bullied and threatened, then something is not right about the school! Both of my kids attending Crayton Middle already have been hit by another student while in school! The teachers and Principal Mrs. Burns seem to not even care when my kids try to go to them for help and they will be so quick to put the blame onto your child giving them detentions, ISS, and referrals when they have cried for help many of times! If you want to save your child’s mental state, and care for your child’s safety and emotional wellbeing. Then I highly don’t recommend this school.Parent Review1mo ago
