Within 20 minutes to Airport, SDSU, USD, Mission Valley, Kearny Mesa, El Cajon, Chula Vista. There is plenty of parking on property. Single occupancy only, month-to-month rental agreement with three months minimum. 1st House supplies are not provided. Sorry No Pets. Please call RJ or text @ if you are interested. Background check is required. Processing fee $40/adult. Security deposit same as rent. Please note that this is a drug free environment and no smoking in room. Move-in ready. Thank you!
