Ceiling fans in every bedroom. Gas burning stove, fridge, new dishwasher, microwave. Washer/dryer in pictures do not come with home, hookup is there for a washer/gas dryer. Close proximity to Downtown, Uptown, and Melrose District. Easy access to I-10 , 51, and 101. Near hospitals, restaurants, bars, and located between two public golf courses. Home comes unfurnished. Home will be available July 5th. Tree in front yard and tree in back yard have been removed since photos were taken. Photos last taken in 2023. Current pictures unavailable as the place has been rented to tenants. New main sewage line and new A/C as of 2023.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
