    "No events except for the churches in the area like Community of Hope located at Iverson Mall. The area is near the parkway to District of Columbia and the beltway to Virginia. "

    "Nice place to live sometimes loud but neighbors are nice . Has washer and dryer and street parking for guest Z parking lot is available for residences who have a parking pass . There is a farmers market on route 4 right off suitland parkway which is about 2 minutes away . "

    "It’s a bit dangerous here. There aren’t many community events that make it special to live in. It’s more of an investment property location. "

    "The metro is very close, there’s tons of bus stops and it’s fairly easy to navigate anywhere that public transport can take you without a car. There’s also always Uber and Lyft as well as Zipcar, which is much better than a traditcar rental because they pay for gas/tolls/parking and you only pay the hourly rate."

    "This is a fairly cheaper part of Prince Georges County. This is a very convenient area as there are two metros , a mall, and plenty of strip malls with small business and stores. Parking is not best but is close to all major highways that make transportation easier for those with vehicles. "
