Description

Located in the heart of Denver’s prestigious Berkeley Park neighborhood, just one block off Tennyson Street and some of the best restaurants, coffee shops and boutique stores in Denver, 4132 Stuart Street is a mountain-contemporary duplex that blends modern luxury with an active urban lifestyle. Built in 2016, this 3,350-square-foot residence is characterized by a striking exterior of cedar, rock, and stucco that gives way to a bright and warm interior immediately upon entry. The home’s layout is thoughtfully designed across three levels, plus a finished basement, offering 4 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and 3 outdoor spaces. The main level serves as the home's social hub, featuring an open floor plan with high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, floating stairs to the bedroom level, and an updated kitchen (May 2023 updated backsplash and refreshed cabinets). Double sliding doors off the large great room, which features a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, lead directly to a private, professionally landscaped backyard that underwent a $45,000 renovation in 2021. This one-of-a-kind "outdoor living room" features an Eldorado Infinite Fire Bowl, making it a perfect setting for year-round entertaining under the Colorado sky. For more private retreats, the upper floors offer specialized spaces, including a primary suite with its own west-facing balcony and walk-in closet. The versatile third level functions as a bonus room or home office, complete with a wet bar, wine fridge, a second gas fireplace, and an additional outdoor patio rooftop deck. Additional modern conveniences include a tankless water heater, a smart thermostat, and an integrated sound system, as well as an oversized, detached two-car garage for secure parking and storage.

  • Brittany Haynie
"It’s an extremely walkable neighborhood with Michelin star restaurants? Great bars, Tennyson shops, dog parks, 3 great parks and playgrounds, so much entertainment within reach! "
  • AC
"I used to love this neighborhood, but it has gone downhill the past couple of years. If I had children, I would not feel comfortable letting them play in the front yard due to cars consistently driving over the speed limit. "
  • Trulia User
"I work in Boulder-do it’s 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic on US36. Not too bad most days. My partner works downtown, and his commute is 12 to 15 minutes."
  • Trulia User
"There a lot families and everyone is extremely nice. Restaurants and shops are line the street of Tennyson"
  • Trulia User
"It's a very safe neighborhood with great schools and day cares. Lots of young families with kids as well!"
  • Trulia User
"So many dogs! It’s very dog friendly. Tough to leave the house without seeing one on the street. :) "
  • Kweissinger
"There's a dog park at Berkeley Park, next to the rec center, easily walkable from most parts of the neighborhood"
  • Jessica S. W.
"I work here and as far as safety it seems pretty safe neighborhood. People walk their dogs, kids walk with caretakers "
  • Jane.ballweg
"I work from home, but downtown is close, and it’s not terrible getting to Broomfield, Boulder, etc. either."
  • Lajarami
"the neighborhood has mostly older couples and nice houses - not many families. some friendly people some not so much."
  • Jon C.
"I have lived here for two years but lived just outside of the neighborhood for more than 10 years. This is a great family friendly neighborhood. "
  • digineer
"Highlands area of Denver, chock full of restaurants, public transportation, close to I-70 and I-25, fantastic night-life, plentiful coffee shops, easy access to DIA in 25 min."
  • Belinda D.
"3 lakes so close to walk, fish, play, boat,.. parked downtown at the courthouse in10 minutes,.. all amenities .. stores, gyms, Dr.s, parks, pool, vet, music, art, food, libraries, schools, etc. easy walking distance..... plenty of school options besides DPS..like Cesar Chavez, Magon, Holy Family, St. Catherines, Arrupe,.. and of course the star in the crown..Regis Univ. ... I-70 and I-25 easy access, mature trees and other landscaping, variety of housing options and styles... What is not to love??? !!! "
  • Rick F.
"Great neighborhood within minutes of Downtown Denver and Tennyson Street."
  • Amishrugger
"I live(d), I moved to another area for 2 years, and couldn't move back fast enough. I have lived in this neighborhood for 4 years total, and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I caters to all age groups, life status, gender, race, etc. It is close to all highways, has some amazing bars and restaurants, but most of all safe! I have been to a lot of great neighborhoods in Denver, but I keep moving back here, between the cost, the safety, the accessability, and the great things to do in the area. I plan on living in this area for a long time!!"
  • CaseyKnowsColorado
"Only 5 Short Blocks to Tennyson St. Sprouts market is very close by and a short commute to downtown."
  • Stephenkohlbeck1
"My wife and I have lived near Tennyson and 39th for over 5 years and love it. We can walk to over a dozen private restaurants, a health food market, yoga, parks, art galleries and more. Our last house was 1.5 miles away. That's how great this part of town is. A lot of young families, diverse group of people, hip. We live on the corner and see people walking throughout the day. We consider almost half the people on our block friends."
