We are leaving this school, and overall, I’ve had a good experience with my children’s teachers. The teachers have been caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in my children, and I’m grateful for everything they’ve done for them.Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the front office. The front staff has often been rude and unwelcoming, and there have been multiple interactions where I left feeling uncomfortable and frustrated.Erika in the front office, in particular, has consistently had a very negative attitude. Her tone and the way she interacts with parents can make you feel like you are a bother simply for asking a question or needing assistance. I don’t expect special treatment, but I do expect basic courtesy and respect when I walk into my children’s school.It’s disappointing because the teachers have been the strongest part of our experience. I truly appreciate them and everything they have done for my children. However, the way parents are treated at the front office has definitely impacted my overall experience with the school.I’m thankful for the positive experiences my children had with their teachers, but I’m also looking forward to moving on. I hope the school takes this feedback seriously, because the front office is the first impression families have, and that experience should feel welcoming—not intimidating or dismissive.
