Description

This one is Adorable!!! You will be surprised by the size of the rooms. Lots of upgrades have been done over the past few years. The kitchen was totally updated with new lower cabinets. Due to the character of the uppers with the "wavy" glass inset in the doors, they chose not to replace the upper cabinets. The back downstairs bedroom has 2 closets & access to the sun porch. There is 1 other bedroom downstairs. They set up a desk/office space in the hall downstairs. The water heater & sewer line from the house to the main are Brand new! Outside HVAC unit was replaced (Heat Pump) for the downstairs. Both bathrooms were also updated with fresh paint & flooring @ the same time. New paint and flooring in the master suite as well. A new metal front door & glass storm door has been added. New wood fence was also added 4 years ago. Davis Insulation added 10" of blown insulation in the attic and over the bathroom in 2015. The master suite has a private bath, 2 walk-in closets PLUS walk-in access to the attic with LOADS of easy access storage space. It is wonderful.
