Cats and small to medium dogs welcome at $50/month fee per pet. The uninsurable dog breeds are not permitted. Landlord maintains yard. Landlord covers garbage. Tenant covers all other utilities. Plenty of on-street parking available in front of house. Note that the bathroom is captive to the main bedroom.
