About this House

Adorable brand new detached garden ADU on a quiet private street. Bright and cheerful with high ceilings and lots of windows. There is AC, central heat and brand new appliances. The bathroom has a linen closet and lots of storage and features a washer and dryer. Ceiling fans are located in both the living room and bedroom. The ADU is located behind the main house and has a private entrance. There is a dedicated parking spot and it is a short walk to the Walnut Creek Bart, Downtown Farmers Market, Larkey Park, and the canal trail/open space. All utilities are included. It is ideal for one person. Primary residence is a family of four with teenage kids, a dog, and chickens. We're looking for someone who's a good fit with our quiet and family friendly neighborhood. No pets and no smoking.

Utilities, trash and Internet included. No smoking or pets. Single person preferred. First and last month rent required.

Unfortunately not everyone respects this rule so I’ve seen awful situations where some dogs are on leash and some are not. The dogs on leash are threatened because they’re leashed and bad situations arise. Also, many people don’t clean up after their dogs. Disrespectful and entitled people exist.
