Description

This house I amazing! It's got plenty of old charm, with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen was redone in 2014, and the back yard was redone in 2016 (including lighting). The place is in tip top shape, and walking distance from downtown Fullerton!

The house is a typical home for the neighborhood, but with an addition, an expanded front porch, and a fenced front yard. The addition, took the house from about 1,200 sq ft to 1,734 sq ft. It now has a "master suite" which you can use either as a second living room, or as a master bedroom. The master suite includes a walk in closet, fireplace, and large bathroom including a double sink!

The back yard has filled in nicely since these photos, and there is a newer Samsung range (stove/oven) in the kitchen. The furnace, A/C, and whole house fan keep the house warm or cool, as needed.

Please email to arrange a showing, as I'll have to coordinate with the current tenants.

Move in date is slightly negotiable.

Utilities: You would be responsible for gas, any phone/internet service, and partial electric. Because the electric is on a shared meter with a back unit (completely segregated from this main unit), the electric bill is split among the units (details to be discussed and written into the lease). Water/trash is also split in the same manner.

Laundry: Washer and dryer hookups in a small laundry room within the kitchen. Requires stackable W/D.

Yard: The gardener comes twice a month, and is included in the rent. The front and back yards are both on sprinklers and a drip system, so you won't have to bother with anything (and they keep the water bill down)! The yard will be neatly trimmed prior to move in.

Parking: There is a small one car garage with a working automatic door, but won't fit all car models as it's a very old style, and is usually better for storage. Outside of the garage, in the alley, there is space for two cars, parallel parked, on the property. There is generally plenty of parking on the street as well (except for Halloween between 6-10pm, then the streets are completely full).

Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, and no smoking allowed inside (of anything please!).

The current tenant may be willing to sell their washer, dryer, and refrigerator.

1 year lease. Owner pays basic gardening service twice per month. Tenant responsible for electric, water/trash, gas, and any cable/Internet service.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from September 09, 2025
