"There are movie nights in the park in the summer and informal impromptu neighbor gatherings in driveways in the evening and sometimes on the holidays from time to time. Families walk throughout the neighborhood in the morning and evenings. Just overall quiet friendly place. There aren’t many planned events by the HOA like the used to be but they can change. "
