"I have lived in the neighborhood 2 1/2 years. The neighborhood is quiet, with nice landscaping and convenient as it is close to UF, I75, Hospital and across the street from Gainesville Health and Fitness Center."

"Mill Pond is one of the nicest communities in central Gainesville. It's minutes from UF & the law school, and at the same time just a minute for every major restaurant area in town. Then when you factor in the great sidewalk walking areas for walking your dog and even the green areas it reallt stands out as one of the best places to live in town."
