About this House

Charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath Colonial in West Akron! All bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the second floor, and the home includes a carport. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Washer/Dryer hook up in the basement. A stove and refrigerator can be provided for an additional $75 per month. One small dog under 35 lbs. or one cat may be considered with approval and $35 monthly pet rent. A security deposit equal to one month's rent and a $150 water deposit are required.
3-bedroom vouchers are welcome
 $40 non-refundable application fee is required for all applicants 18 and older, and applicants must have no evictions within the past 5 years.
