Overall, the teachers at this school have been supportive and caring, and I truly appreciate their dedication to the students.However, I had a concerning experience that I feel should be shared. My daughter was pushed by another student and experienced tailbone pain afterward. Even now, she occasionally still complains of pain. I raised this concern with the school, but I did not feel that the situation was thoroughly investigated or addressed.In another instance, my daughter was called to the assistant principal’s office and asked to write a statement. I was not informed at the time, and I later learned she was told what to write, which was concerning to me.While the teachers are strong, I hope the school improves how it handles student safety concerns and communication with parents.

Duluth High School is a great school, particularly for students who are new to the United States. The school's commitment to supporting ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) students is outstanding. They provide a plethora of resources tailored specifically to help these students integrate and thrive academically. They are patient, understanding, and always willing to offer extra help or clarification. Overall, I highly recommend Duluth High School to any student, especially those who are new to the country.
