A lovely apartment attached to the main house in a neighborhood in Lake Los Angeles. Most properties are 1/2 to 1 acre and it's a peaceful country environment close to shops at Avenue O and 170th Street. The apartment has clean, polished concrete floors throughout. The large great room has a full kitchen with new cabinetry and new appliances. The bathroom is newly remodeled. There is a new stacking washer and dryer. All utilities are included if used responsibly. We are looking for long-term renters and prefer one or two people. Sorry, no pets. It's a clean and classy apartment.
