Modern looking kitchen with spacious cabinets & a pantry. All counter space is granite. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher refrigerator and electric stove. Full basement has washer and dryer and a small work room. Heating & cooling is digitally "zoned" so one floor's utilities can be economized if not being used for part of the day or you are travelling. This is an approximate 1600 sq ft home with plenty of additional storage space too. Off street parking in parking spaces in back of house. The Washington pool and parks are only walking distance from where I am and if you love bar scene there are 5 of them on front street which you can either walk or drive to which when the weather is right I would suggest walking to them, you also have the river front trail along the Missouri River "
